Hello all  my problem is below :deal:
http://thumbs.modthesims.info/getimage.php?file=1306903
:!: This problem follows me since my first installation of TS3. :!:
What exactly happens ? Well, this happen with the computers and TVs. When a Sim finish to use one of this objects, turns off or whatever, the screen starts to flicker the texture of the object, and the game crashes after this ( after turned off ) and come back again, after 2 or 5 minutes. The game doesn't close, nothing more, only shows a black screen, and come back after this period, obviously, is showed up a message like this: The igfx video driver stopped responding and recovered successfully ( I'm brazilian, I don't know what shows in your computers ).
My video card is bad ? Yes, a Little :faceslap:
Operational System: Windows Vista
CC Installed ? A Few
I Only need a explication, if there's a solution, BESIDES buying new stuff, it's welcome for me.
My special thanks for the help of anyone who try to help me
I don't know if is necessary say this but ... Sorry for my intermediate english and the dark image :p

First, it's impossible to tell what your problem is from the picture. It's much too dark.
Please give us your system specs:

To me it looks like a corrupt file in your Sims 3. I can see the keyboard textures showing up where the screen should be. I would uninstall the CC for that computer object and redownload it and then install the new copy.

Hello all  . This problem follows me since my first installation of TS3 ( It was in 2010 ), I've installed the actual running version in March 2012.
Okay, What exactly happens ?
Well, this happen with the computers and TVs. When a Sim finish to use one of this objects, turns off or whatever, the screen starts to flicker the texture of the object on the screen, and the game crashes after this ( after turned off ) and come back again, after 2 or 5 minutes.

I Only need a explication, if there's a solution, BESIDES buying new electronic stuff, it's welcome for me. To be honest, I have the custom to avoid places where there are computers and televisions, as the Dojo in China, the Adele Durand's home in France, among others, this is driving me crazy!
My special thanks for the help of anyone who try to help me.
Below the image, a little brighter than the other post (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=480920), and my System Specs

There's no need to create a new thread for the same problem. :)
The problem is these:
...
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Basic (6.0, Build 6000) (6000.vista_gdr.100218-0019)
...
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4400 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 1014MB RAM
...
Card name: Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
That machine does not meet the minimum specs for Sims.
Vista Basic does not even have Aero - a desktop enhancement feature - so it cannot play resource-heavy game.
1GB RAM, min is 4GB if you have patched up-to-date
Intel(R) Express Chipset is an Integrated Graphics, not supported.
And with all that, the CPU is weak, min is 2.4GHz. So it cannot even compensate for the weaker graphics chipset and help carry the load.
See the stickies for the requirements and links to wiki page(s) on why playing Sims on IGPs is bad for the machines.
So, besides buying new hardware, sorry to say there's no other solution. :(
