Fire starting mod

I'm looking for a fire starting mod. I used to use Kolipoki's magic mod, but it's outdated now. I want to start fires on different lots (specifically my neighbors homes), not just my home lot. I also don't want to use the pyro trait because their fires aren't dangerous (I want a fire that kills sims :D ).

Does anyone know of an up to date mod for this?
