Can I transfer ownership of a building?

My Sim has recently bought the spa. When her daughter grows up, I want to transfer ownership to her, can I do this? If so, how?

I think that ownership belongs to the household as a whole, so as long as you don't move the daughter out as a new household, they will be able to collects profits, etc. even if your original sim dies.

The thing is, I want to move her out when she grows up.

Keep her there, move the parents out. Then she owns the spa. If you want the parents to live in the old house, then you can move her to a new house, and move them back to the old one :)

I don't think there's a way to transfer buildings between households... at least not without a mod... and I don't (personally) know of a mod that lets you do it, but I wouldn't be surprised if that functionality exists somewhere. You could try WCIF.
