That's probably the best first I've ever seen. Most first tend to be these over sized 40x40s, composed of nothing by large rooms with no touch of design what so ever. That above is a breath of fresh air!

If you press Tab you can get a camera that isn't affected by the floor being viewed "under" the position of the camera, and it turns off gridlines and such.

Yeah you can tell at the start of hte video you were having trouble getting the camera the right height, because the focus of the camera was on the top floor, then the ground, back and forth. The Tab camera can go whever you want it.

Where did some of the furniture come from?

I don't think I've seen some of them before, but I could be wrong.
