Graphic glitch on loading screen and crash without error

I installed Sims 3 with 2 expanision packs and when I try to play, I see loading screen like this. After that, I click on play and game crash withouth any error. I have no idea what should I do, Ive checked on internet and there was no situation like that. Anyone have similiar problem and know what to do with it?

I tried everything, uninstall with instruction, cleaning registery, I have actuall drivers, directx and everything else. My pc is Intel Core 4 Quad Q6600, 8GB ram Kingston 1033, GeForce 9800GT 512mb, sata disk 320gb Samsung. Please, anybody, that makes me really angry...

What patch version is the base game on? That looks like a corrupt install/patching.
Anyways, work through the Crashing Checklist (link in my signature) and if by the end of the FAQ, it is still crashing, post with all the information asked for.
