Odd things appearing in inventory

I'm playing a home business. I downloaded the lot and installed with clean installer, so no riding packages. I instructed a non-owner to use a crafting bench. I checked the owner's inventory, and now she has "*Accessory- Scythe" and "Reaction- Hand Wave". There have been no deaths, so no Grim Reaper on the lot. Neither of these are deleteable through normal means - I cannot even force errors, wither manually or with Pescado's lot debugger. The scythe is now on the floor, since I tried to place then delete it, and I can't select it at all.

Relevant hacks:
all Pescado's macros, specifically Business Runs You
Simswardrobe's customer limit adjuster and time clock, the second of which is installed but not placed on this lot

I'm going to do some more experimenting, but does anyone know what the heck is going on?

Hmmmm. I'll bet that "Customer Limit Adjuster" isn't playing nice with BRY. Seriously, hack conflicts will eff yo junk up in ways that are really random. This happened to me before, with memory tokens and I believe a gossip memory or something like that in there, but it was Strangetown and Bella was messing things up. :P So I'd try taking out your hacks.
