if you have the latest version of SimPe, open the Folder Scan, scan your downloads folder (or wherever you have the outfit), select it, and that little box down in the bottom left corner, click the box next to Work Out (I think is the term).

We're REALLY sorry, but you need SimPe. It WON'T(99.9% chance) wreck the sims 2.
