I recently added a lot of downloads to the game. Turns out that now whenever I get a sim a job within there first or second promotion they get automatically promoted to the end of their career track. If this is a hack can anyone please tell me what the name of the hack is so that I can single it out in the game? Amazingly this has actually worked in my favor I actually like not having to try to prepare them for their next career promotion, and now don't have to worry about having to have a set amount of friends, but I still would like to know what is going on so that I can turn it off whenever I would like to. Ok so here is a description of the problem:
1. Sims get promoted to the highest lvl of their job automatically after first or seconf promation.
2. I did the shift+ click on a sim and tried to get them a job in lvl 6 and it turns out the pay is all zeroes and no work days, even though the name of the career was still there. So no lvls in between second and last lvl.
3. If I decide to stick with this how can I unlock the career objects, if I can't have lvl 6 in job, is there a cheat in which I can unlock career objects.
Some one Please help me! I really want some of my sims to climb the career track! And with some of my other sims this would be really nice to have.
