Problems with bodyshop

When I was trying to send a sim to thesims2.com a pop up came up saying something like this. There is no internet conccetion. There must be an internet connection to send sim to thesims2.com. I was on the internert and it still didn't work. I really want to make sims again. Can someone help me?

If you're having problem with your internet connection you should talk to your ISP and if the problem is at the Sims2.com site, then you should talk to them or send them an email.
