Is there a Way (Reflective/Bump Map)

I was wondering if there is a way to add Reflective or Bump Maps to Make-up? And Full face Makeup? I'm very currious. I know you can add them to Clothing but I haven't heard anything about adding them to Makeup?

If it can be done could someone please tell me? I'm very currious & would really love to know :giggler:
