About the Radeon® R7 M260 it apperars to be compareable with GeForce 825M.
I want my Space Pony title back.. why was it there such a short time..

I like that ASUS VivoBook that Karyin posted. The i7-4500U is a low power processor, so it's in roughly the same performance category as the i3-4100M, but the i7 is slightly better and the ASUS is slightly cheaper. Seeing as they both have 840M GPUs, they should have no problem with The Sims 2.

What are the prices of those laptops?

EDIT: Sorry, I saw the prices now. Go for the first and more expensive one. It's only like 30 GBP more expensive right? But it has more RAM and a higher density screen. It also has 8GB SSD which, I assume works as a cache, will help load your sims games faster.

If you can wait until November/December ish, then wait.
