You may:

-Use my creations in pictures, movies, etc. without credit (though greatly appreciated if you credit me, and send me a link so I can see).
-Upload my eyes and Maxis-recolors with your sims, with credit, to MTS2 only.
-Use my clothing as a base for your own recolors, with credit.
-Make & upload defaults of my eyes, with credit, to MTS2 only.

You may upload my custom-mesh recolors with your sims, with credit (to MTS2 only!), as long as you check the mesh creator’s policy first. If the mesh is not mine, then it’s not up to me if you can or cannot upload it with your sim.

You may not:

-Claim my creations as your own.
-Upload my creations as a whole (i.e. not altered).
-Clone and modify to claim as your own.
-Upload anything of mine to pay sites.
-Modify and/or upload my housing.
-Redistribute my sims or any of their custom content made by me (except in pictures, movies, etc.)
