45 Bard Boulevard, features one bath and two bedrooms. Although this home varies from the surrounding traditional style homes, that doesn't mean it lacks the necessities. Not the necessities for sleeping or eating, but the necessities to form memories - as a family. A place for laughter, a room for embracement, and a house for love. Joanne and Larry Miller own this fine home, and certainly enjoy the modern chic style throughout the house. Joanne says that the kitchen was inspired from not only autumn, but from colors of their School. "I purchased the home with the money from my first year of Minor League football." said Larry. Joanne and Larry met in high school, he was captain of the football team and she was a cheerleader. The happy couple plan on raising a family in this home, and look forward to the arrival of their son, Joseph.
Welcome Home, Millers!
Right on the budget!
The second floor layout of a home never looked so nice!

Larry helped in a recent remodel of their past school, and wound up with a cement bench! Now, Larry can remember the past days of looking out on all his teammates bench warming while he won the matches.
The family room wouldn't be complete without Larry's booze on the table. (Joanne better childproof this house before Joseph arrives!)
Joanne is often busy in the kitchen - she has the oven on so much, that they're constantly openning windows!
A small windowed area for Larry to do his morning workouts - complete with a banner from the couples School.
Joanne even scribbled on the walls to create a personalized look for Joseph!
A great BBQ setup, for Larry to grill for the family on Sunday afternoons.
