Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The landscaping and exterior decoration is fantastic. You've pulled it off quite well with a nice clean/fresh & modern look. Great job bringing the red and gold colours in on the lower floor but on the upper floor I feel the gold carpet wasn't implemented effectively (It doesn't make the bedrooms look freshly renovated). The master bedroom however had good deco choices especially the bedspread. Perhaps I believe the interior colour choices don't reflect the modern style of the exterior (The red black and white worked well but the gold could have done with a bit more creative thought). A plant or wall hanging in the hall couldn't have hurt and the front sheltered porch also looked empty.
Judge 2: 9/10 – The Outdoor is simply lovely with your landscaping. Though I like the wall colors, they appear a little dull and maybe the use of a different color at the entrance would have brought out the beauty more. But definitely a good one there.
Judge 3: 10/10 - I love the yard with the semi-walled patio area and the landscaped corners. The front entry is plain but very nice and harmonious to your decor's pallette.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've thought of the family members' needs and wants then implemented them into the house. Good work! In the only bathroom of the house there isn't a shower, only a tub. Perhaps you could have used a shower/bath combo (made by maxis which had gold plumbing too). A lot of guys don't want to only have baths.
Judge 2: 9/10 – What can I say except that I love your color combination of their colors throughout the house and the child room is gorgeous.
Judge 3: 10/10 - There is plenty of room for baby and also the athletic adults.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Good choice for the room placements. All the furniture is spaced out nicely which would keep your sims happy. I'm not certain about this but I have tried putting a desk underneath modular stairs before and couldn't get the functionality to work (I usually just leave deco objects there to avoid possible issues.)
Judge 2: 10/10 – I think you did great here and the furniture’s look good in how they are placed
Judge 3: 10/10 - While red is not my favorite color for interior walls, you've pulled it off nicely by balancing it with white space and the black furnishings and counters. The baby's room is darling. I love that monkey wallpaper and the furnishings. I like how you tucked the computer desk under the staircase.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 37/40 You know what you did -Jones

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Nice decoration throughout. You've designed the place with a more matured couple in mind. Although you appear to have focused on this quite well, some of the interior design choices could have looked like they weren't purchased at the 2nd hand shop, such as the colour of the couch. A tree or two on the left side of the lot couldn't hurt however you've used neighbourhood deco objects to help cover it reasonably well. I also want to point out you've only got one small dresser for the couple.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I like your landscaping and also the general design of your house and furnishing. I think the colors compliment each other. The outside walling would have been lovely if you mixed the colors. Though the milky paneling you used was good, the outside would have looked great if was complimented with another color.
Judge 3:10/10 - Quite a lovely little place. The exterior is very pretty. I love your entry garden with the side pond and the back patio space.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've clearly thought about the family when designing this! The included comments in your post work well to help sell the place. Just a minor pick; I notice you have plenty of shelving and deco items for the shelves but not enough cupboards or enclosed storage. (People that usually have a lot of stuff to display have a fair bit of junk to hide as well.) Also noted you only had a bath, no shower.
Judge 2: 9/10 – You really went out to capture their need but one area you missed was their love for collection. It would have looked lovely with wall hangings here and there. I thought the kitchen had lots of empty spaces that would have looked better with some decos.
Judge 3: 10/10 - The house seems to fit the empty nesters quite well. The large kitchen area is perfect for large family gatherings.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The room placement works quite well and the furniture goes in reasonably well. The living area appears to be a touch squishy whilst the kitchen/dining space appears quite open and spacious. (Try filling some empty spaces as best you can in dining room. Perhaps some shelving as a window sill would have worked effectively.)
Judge 2: 10/10 – I simply love the placements especially the bathroom. They allow for easy movement .
Judge 3: 10/10 - The house is cozy where it needs to be - in the living conversation area and roomy where it needs to be, in the kitchen/entertaining area.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The exterior is nice, however the landscaping looks a bit bare. The interior doesn't entirely match the style of the exterior. You've included red and gold colours reasonably well. The upstairs furnishing appear modern and would suite the young couple but on the lower floor you've used unusual furnishings in the living room which don't quite match the rest of the home. A consistent design will get you a better score next time.
Judge 2: 8/10 – Each area of the house, individually, has a marvelous design. However, I think it conflicts when taken as a whole. The ground floor style is quite nice. However, a few things like the Moroccan Sofa and loveseat don’t match perfectly with the traditional kitchen. I love that you also used their color, but a bit of that golden theme seems to be missing and the outdoor I think would have needed more landscaping.
Judge 3: 7/10 -The house is so warm and inviting. I like your clutter CC. It makes the place look lived in. The yard is acceptable but under landscaped. Just a comment - you'd have to watch the baby around that pond so near the house without a short fence or decorative barrier of some sort between it and the patio.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You have allowed for the beginning of a new family with the nursery upstairs but that would mean more than 2 people in the home. (The kitchen downstairs would suit the couple alone, but when you add in a child, there's no where for him to sit.) Could have gone with a shower/bath combo instead of just the bath.
Judge 2: 8.5/10 – I like that you gave the children room to them for their planned family. I like the Moroccan furnishing you have in the sitting room and the Victorian kind of feel of the kitchen, although one of the themes will sure have looked great.
Judge 3: 10/10 - The house seems to fit the family needs beautifully
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - I really love what you have done with the kitchen layout however I don't feel it has worked best for this house. (There doesn't appear to be any usable preparation benches.) The living area has a nice spacious layout which is effective.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I feel you furniture placements are okay and will allow easy movement.
Judge 3: 10/10 - the furnishings fit the home. There is plenty of room for comfort and to entertain. I love the kitchen decor.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 37/40 -3pts for stairs moved back one tile -Jones

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The style of this house is very nice. The living area has a nice warm touch to it however the kitchen could do with a plant or something else to offset the white. Both bedrooms are styled nicely and would suit the tastes of each family member. Something decorative could also have been put on the mantle.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I like the overall design of the house, the inside looks wonderful, and I like the room of Edna. I thought the front view windows would have looked better if they were the same and you could have done more to the landscaping. I love the back yard. I like the Amazing hedge but I think for this kind of house, having it combined with other flowers would have been lovely.
Judge 3: 7/10 - I think you've done well with the contstraints that the Winters family placed on the interior design of this house. The downstairs is well laid out for entertainment and the violin area is pleasant to look at. However, I don't understand the bubble machine in the backyard - the family seems too sedate for such a 'foolery'. I'd have rather seen you spend the money on landscaping. Since there are no small children there is no need for the fence in back separating the pond from the patio. That fence chops the large lot down to that tiny backyard area. The reflecting wall pond doesn't really go with the rest of the backyard decor. So in your future lots, I'd like to see either modern and sleek or lush with plenty of vegetation. To practice a 'sims-eye view', put yourself (the camera) on that bench. What do you see? What you see is the fence blocking the view of the pond. Set up little 'viewing' areas or alcoves and plop your bench in front of the 'view'. So while your interior scored well, you got dinged for the (lack of)landscaping.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 7/10 - Not enough space for clothes in the main bedroom. Nice idea to put a TV in their room but that's the only one for the whole house. I wouldn't assume you've made the main living area Edna's sitting room becuase then there would be no suitable living space for Lara and Josh, and they own the place (Please correct me if I'm wrong).
Judge 2: 9/10 – I think you have really tried to capture the needs of the family members and I would have added a sitting area to Edna bedroom and that would have made it superb. Good work there.
Judge 3: 10/10 - Considering that there are only 2 rooms upstirs I think you've done well with the allotted space. Edna has her little space and her country decor while Lara and Josh have their modern decor in the bedroom. The downstairs is nicely done and is attractive and the kitchen is well done for entertainment.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The double bed in the guest room is only functional as a single bed when you put it up against a wall (I understand the bed will only be used by one person but still not a functional choice). You've done a good job at placing the rest of your furniture for good functionality. I really like what you did with the little office nook (That space could have also been used as her sitting area).
Judge 2: 9/10 – The furnitures are well arranged. I still wonder about the 2 sitting chairs close to the entry and the stairs. They would have looked better a bit closed to the fireplace.
Judge 3: 9/10 - The master bedroom is going for the modern look but I think it could use some wall decor or something to make the room looked lived in and personalized. Edna's room seems a bit cramped with the room divider, even though I realize you are dividing the available space for her sitting room. I would have used a single bed instead of a double bed so the sleeping area of the room wouldn't seem so crowded against the dividing wall.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +3 While you did give Edna a bit more than just a bedroom, it's not really what I would consider a sitting room. It's almost more of a mini office, and she was really hoping for a separate room. She's still "confined" to her room. -Jones
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The decoration and design for this lot is quite pleasant. The rooms in particular are styled very nicely and you have kept to their wished of avoiding modern furnishings. The exterior style is quite nice, you haven't made full potential use of the yard and have enclosed a small portion of the lot. The rear courtyard is nice and big (It would have been nice to see you make use of this space by putting the table in the middle and adding a BBQ).
Judge 2: 9/10 - Individually, each area of the house is marvelous. However I when taken as a whole, it little bit o contrast exist. The indoor looks really nice and the landscaping outdoor took away the beauty of the house. The color combinations are nice. You do have a grip on design.
Judge 3: 7/10 The front facade is pleasant to look at. I absolutely love the downstairs! So cute and cozy. The kitchen is friendly and closed off a bit from the rest but still open with the pole slats. I like the sewing area upstairs and the layout of the bedrooms. However, the back yard - not a plant to be seen (not counting the blue flowers in pots)! Perhaps remove the fences and use that fence money for some plants? While I absolutely loved your interiors, your overall score was dinged for the backyard.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've covered the families needs quite effectively without many sacrifices. Well done.
Judge 2: 9/10 - You did a good job on the floor level and its very fun looking. The up floor is cool with what you gave the family. I love the shelf cluttered with items in the living room. I think they should have also gotten an outdoor relaxation area in combination with the outdoor grill eating area. Despite that, it still fits the style well.
Judge 3: 10/10 - This lot suits this family needs quite nicely.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - I wasn't expecting anyone to try and make use of a laundry but you did so that's good but seeing you put it in a bedroom I'm at a neutral state with it. I like how you included a dedicated study area on the ground floor! A big no-no is putting giant cupboards in front of windows (This doesn't necessarily look nice from the outside or inside). The layout you have chosen for the kitchen works effectively as it makes good use of space. You still need to make improvements on light distribution (3 in a small hall is just too much).
Judge 2: 8/10 – The furniture’s were all well placed but I made some deductions because I do not agree with the laundry area in the bedroom. It kind of looked out of place there.
Judge 3: 10/10 - The placement is comfortable and you can move around well.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 6/10 - I think you've taken the red and gold theme a bit too seriously. I haven't seen many houses with that much bold colouring on it such as the yellow frames mixed with the red bricks or such brightly coloured decor. You've got a nice big front garden, included a driveway and finished off the back yard effectively which is really good! I also like your modern furniture choices.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Simply lovely both outdoor and indoor
Judge 3: 10/10 - The interior design is wonderful! I really like the kitchen's wall tiles and color scheme. The yard is well done with the seating and the soccer net and goes with the family's sports ethic. I Can't decide which I like more, the master bed or the kitchen.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've considered the families needs and covered them quite well throughout. Good job!
Judge 2: 9/10 – This was definitely well taken into consideration and I love the color match throughout the house. Since they were both involved with sports I had expected to see them have at least a fitness equipment that can keep them in shape.
Judge 3: 10/10 - Well done. It has a nice sporty and modern feel with plenty of room for future kids.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The room divisions work well but you've got some very noticeable unused spaces on the ground floor.
Judge 2: 9.5/10 – You placed the furniture’s well just that a bit of empty spaces exists
Judge 3: 10/10 The layout is just fine.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - Your interior decoration choices are very impressive! They have an extremely homely appeal. The exterior of the house could have done with another wall covering because the white looks just a little bit too boring for a newly renovated house. The landscaping as you've mentioned is bare because of travelling but it couldn't hurt to have a couple more trees or large shrubs which wouldn't require a lot of maintenance.
Judge 2: 9/10 – Very clean design, but not overly simple. I like both of your interior and exterior look of the house. Love the color combination of your walls and floors but another wall color to break of the milky exterior would have been great. Still lovely job.
Judge 3: 10/10 - What a lovely and inviting home! I like the color scheme and the warm tones. The backyard landscaping is so comfortable and pleasant. I like the ivy in front.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've shown that they have collected a lot of stuff but it doesn't look messy or over-crowded which is a nice aspect. I would say there is a short lack of storage for what they would really need. You've included the guest room as well which is also notable. The furnishings would match their taste nicely as well.
Judge 2: 9/10 - You considered their needs but since they are old, I think a TV will sure take out some stress when relaxing. Good to see the play ground for the grand kids
Judge 3: 10/10 - this house suits the family well.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - It's possibly just a personal thing but the dining table doesn't look right sitting half on tiles half on wood. The rest of the house has a great layout and use of space. I really love what you have done with the guest bedroom because it's also an office and a nursery!
Judge 2: 10/10 – Really good , very open and easily accessible for free movements.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - The design for this house inside is exceptional with every room themed nicely. The exterior wall coverings are just a bit boring but they work together well and match the style. Your landscaping is fantastic and the inclusion of the driveway fits in seamlessly.
Judge 2: 9\10 - It's a very lovely house. I love the hedge fence you used and the flower decoration in the front is lovely. My only complaint style-wise and it's a small one is that the wall covers outside are lovely, but having them in a vertical position rather than horizontal seems to add more beauty. You could have added some play place for their grand kids in case they come visiting.
Judge 3: 10/10 Fabulous inside and out! Now, zip up all that cc and upload it for me so I can use it in my houses! The yard is lovely! I like the pond and the patio/garden area. The kitchen is very well done. I wish I could give you more than 10 pts!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The families needs have been well thought out and have covered their wants really well. You've included plenty of storage space open and enclosed for all the collectibles of the couple.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I believe the style of the house matches their style well.
Judge 3: 10/10 - It suits the family's needs well.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Your choices for the room layouts are quite effective. One minor thing I noticed is that the living room chairs make the room feel a little crowded and squishy. The huge space that was available in the kitchen could have catered for more people despite only having 4 people that could sleep there (An extra couple of chairs or kitchen counters would work great).
Judge 2: 10/10 – Nicely placed
Judge 3: 10/10 - I really like your furnishings and the layouts. Did I mention already that I want your cc?
Budget: 10/10 Judge 3 - Right on the button!

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The exterior of this house is nice and I love how the yard is enclosed and decorated nicely however a couple of large trees would make it look even better. I don't really like the choice for the wood flooring inside. Firstly, it's the same flooring as the porch. Secondly, it doesn't really suit interiors. There doesn't appear to be as many collectables as one would expect lying around.
Judge 2: 8/10 – I love your simple back garden and the shrubby flowers in the front. I would have been lovely if you mixed the stone walls with some other wall colors.
Judge 3: 9/10 - This house fits the well worn aspect of retired people who are content with what they have. That semi-spiral staircase is interesting but the older people would probably break their necks on the skinny steps but it works in the space. (I did not ding you for the stairs - that was just my observance.) I think the upstairs room could use more pictures or some kind of wall hangings. In real life the kitchen table and chairs by the window work fine but sims will stomp and complain. The master bedroom's pink is nice but not overpowering - otherwise 'Joe' might have moved out I think the living room needs more clutter, perhpas family pictures on eh wall, doilies, etc. something. It's kind of barren in the screen shot you provided. The back yard is lovely and comfortable.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You have included objects which would suit her hobbies however on the lower floor there is a lack of decorative objects and display cases for her items. The bathroom doesn't have a shower which is a downfall that you'd expect a renovated house to include.
Judge 2: 8.5/10 – I think you captured their needs fairly and a little more would have been nice
Judge 3: 10/10 - the layout suits the family
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The layout you have chosen works reasonably well and you have a decent sized living space unlike some other entrants however some of your rooms look quite bare and have large open spaces which are unused. For someone who collects a lot of stuff, you would expect the place to look just the slightest bit cluttered. A few plants on the ground floor would have made the interior look a lot nicer.
Judge 2: 8/10 – I like that you considered giving them a television. But where you have it on the wall in the bedroom will require them standing when watching because there is no chair. But it could have been better having it in the sitting area above the fireplace. The dining chair close to the window is inaccessible and the fridge would have been better some other place though where it is okay
Judge 3: 9/10 - Except for the spiral stairs and the dining set, the layout seems fine. ...and I only say that about the spiral stairs because I had some in a house I lived in at one time. The narrow steps can be a pain at times when it's your main stairway. I think the walls need more pictures or something. It's kind of barren.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - The beach theme works really well with this lot and you've carried that out extremely well on both the interior and exterior. Great choice for plants! Even though there isn't a lot, they work very well. I particularly like what you did with the island counter in the kitchen (It uses up that space effectively).
Judge 2: 9\10 – WOW a beach home. I like the idea and I like that you kept it simple. Am usually not a liker of same wall colors, but I must say I truly love your wooden walls and floor and I think it fits the house. I would have loved more clutters on the walls, shelves and book cases.
Judge 3: 10/10 - I LOVE LOVE LOVE those cutout curtains! The overall feel is cohesive and very comfortable in a casual way. It is soothing and inviting. I like the way you added touches of weathering without making the place look like a dive. That is a wonderful way to make an island! You could have many a great party in that house. The furnishings are contemporary but not too avante guarde for their tastes. You did a great job on the yard's landscaping with just a few plants and good use of terrain paints. Good job!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family would be rather happy with what you've made for them
Judge 2: 9/10 – Considering that both are old, I think you met most of their needs. Giving them a television and a telephone would have been lovely.
Judge 3: 10/10 - the house suits the family well.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The rooms all appear to be suitable although the living area is quite tiny and only seats 3 people. The entry area looked a little bare and dull (Perhaps a light and something up against the staircase would make it look better). I was expecting just a few more trinkets in the main bedroom so she could feel at home when she crawls into bed at night but nevertheless the room still looks very nice. The hallway was a touch bare as well. A plant, wall hanging or both will make all the difference.
Judge 2:10/10 – Your placements are just simple and lovely. I love the outcome that you have
Judge 3: 10/10 - I like the way you've laid the furnishings out.

Judge 1: 9\10 - The exterior really catches your eye with this house! The white trim on the windows and walls really pops out and gives the house that nice new look. The interior is very nice and each room captures your eyes. Less tiles could have been used on the courtyard out the back so that money could have been spent on additional furniture.
Judge 2: 9\10 – I just simply like your design. I love the exterior and I must say the green wall and those bricks really make a good couple. I love the use of the brick fence to demarcate the front and the back.
Judge 3: 10/10 - I like the front facade. It's different. The front landscaping is very nice. I like the tall brick privacy fence. The backyard is very nicely done. good job! I LOVE your kitchen CC! It is so cute the way you put it together. The whole house is very well done! Now, just pack up all that fantastic cc and send it over to me, ok? lol. I wish I could give you 12 pts!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Plenty of room in this house for the guests to come and visit and you've got plenty of spaces for the junk. Good work!
Judge 2: 9/10 – Love the kitchen and dining area with all those clutters and it’s the same with the sitting area. I expected same in almost everywhere but none the less what you did was cool.
Judge 3: 10/10 - well suited to the family and has plenty of space for 40 odd years of clutter buildup.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The hall upstairs needs some minor improvement (I'd try and put at least something in there). The entry area is also missing something. You've included items in the front porch area which is great, just something up against the staircase would look good. You could also possibly add an extra 2 chairs to that dining table (Don't get me wrong, I love the look of the 4 chairs but you have a 5 seated living space and a big kitchen with a bit of spare space, I'd love to see it get used).
Judge 2: 10/10 – I feel your furniture placements are okay and they allow for easy movements.
Judge 3: 10/10 - very nicely furnished and easy to get around it all.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The exterior looks very nice and my favourite bit is the rear courtyard with a colourful garden. Some more trees surrounding the house would really top it off though. I like the use of two different wall coverings together but maybe a second tone or colour would have helped offset the white. The interior style looks very nice and warm which I'm sure the family would love.
Judge 2: 9/10 - The inside is lovely. You have a great sense of space and layout. The front and back are very nice; however, it's not perfect. It's just a tiny bit simple looking.
Judge 3: 10/10 - I like your cohesive design. It's quite pleasing without being too cluttery. I really like your patio area. It's semi enclosed with very nice plantings yet still open to the yard.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've certainly catered for clutter with display and shelving but not as much storage as I'd expect. You've got the guest room which is a bonus too. You appear to have also excluded a shower and only used a tub.
Judge 2: 8.5/10 - Over the years, they have collected quite a bit of stuff, so they need lots of storage/display space (bookshelves, dressers, cabinets, etc.). Loved what you did but you seemed to have missed taking the above need into consideration. Good work though.
Judge 3: 10/10 - The layout is well suited to the family needs.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - I like how you've used up the walls provided in the kitchen with counters but the living room has been made out to be tiny by putting only 3 seats in with each other. It was a brave move to swap the rooms around and to be honest I don't think it works effectively well. You've given the main bedroom a better result because of this, but I don't think the bathroom should be attached to the guest bedroom.
Judge 2: 9.5/10 – The placements are good and allows for easy movement. My only reservation was the position of the stove. It would have looked lovely close to the windows.
Judge 3: 10/10 The furnishings are very nice. The stove is in an odd corner for me but where else would you put in with that arrangement?

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - First thing; it looks amazing at night! Only problem is during the day the stone has a lot of contrast and looks a bit bold (but that's just personal taste). The choice of a cabin style in the woods is a really neat idea. You've nailed the landscaping easily with this one, it's just a shame the interior styling is just a bit under-done (a few more deco objects and a touch of colour should fix it).
Judge 2: 9/10 – Nice house decoration you have here. Love the interior and the exterior. I like the ivy adorning the front wall and those window look really beautiful. I love the outdoor but a back garden would have been lovely
Judge 3: 9/10 - the house is surprisingly very well suited to an upscale log cabin look. The facade is nicely done along with the 'cabin' windows. I like the front yard and what I can see of the surrounding area. To bad you hid the back yard or lack thereof from us so I docked you 1 point. Otherwise the house is very nice. It is a fun blend of rustic and upscale living and the rooms are attractively furnished.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've got heaps of shelving which is great yet not as much storage. There aren't too many activity type things to do around the house which could bore them slightly.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I think you really considered their needs in furnishing the house
Judge 3: 10/10 - Suits the family needs.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The furniture placement seems to work well around the house. I noticed no tv of any kind in the house and only one dresser for the entire house which is in the guest room? (please correct me if I have missed it)
Judge 2: 9/10 – Good placement of furniture’s. I had thought that since it’s only the two of them right in the house most of the time (except when any of the children comes visiting) that big dining really occupied space. A 2-tile one would have looked better

(Please dial it down a decent amount because it's harsh on they eyes.) There's clearly ample flowers but a few trees would look really good surrounding the house. Good choice of ground cover but some more chairs or a hammock could work well.
Judge 2: 10\10 - I said WoW to myself on seeing your house. I love everything about it. From the outdoor landscaping to your color combination of wall covers. The interior is just wonderful.I love those beams you have between the sitting and kitchen and dining Simply lovely.I love the kitchen and ....Just everything especially those counters and cabinets there. Love the interior color, they all look amazing.
Judge 3: 10\10 - LOVELY! Both inside and out! I especially love your yard. Good job! I like that corner bit in back where they are preparing to plant... good use of color throughout the home and cheery flowers. It looks like someone actually lives there. Wish I could give you 12 pts!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've got plenty of storage spaces and shelving which is great. You've kept the family in mind with other aspects as well such as the dining table.
Judge 2: 10/10 - Definitely well met. I think they will love the bedroom you gave them and the clutters on the shelves and wall were really well place. I hink you did a good job here.
Judge 3: 10/10 It suits the family well and looks lived in.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - I must say I was a touch concerned about the functionality but am relieved after hearing you've tested it fully. Good on ya! You've filled in that entry space so it doesn't look empty. A couple extra kitchen counters couldn't hurt though. The hall upstairs looks really nice with the beams however there's no deco objects such as a plant or wall hanging.
Judge 2: 10/10 - I think you did just that
Judge 3: 10/10 The furnishings are comfortable and inviting. - that stag-horn chandelier was a bit of a surprise but it works.. The rooms are very nicely decorated
Budget: 10/10 Judge 3 - 1 simolean to spare! Good job!

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - The interesting exterior choice was a tough move to make but I think you pulled it off quite well. The wood flooring inside probably wasn't the best one to use and looks a bit cheap. The main room looks just a bit under-furnished. It's quite a big space and would could look a bit better with decoration as well.
Judge 2: 8/10 – Your design is nice and okay. Though I had expected to see the mix of contemporary and country feel. Although I feel the landscaping could have been more, I love the interior especially the color mix,
Judge 3: 10/10 - I like the lounge chair in the shade under the tree by the pond. I can see many a lazy aternoon spent dozing there... Your little geometric fower bed around the patio is cute. I don't quite understand the fence on three sides of your flowers though... You had a little money left for perhaps another tree or two.. That's a different kind of arrangement in your living room... Wherever did you find that ironing board? The house is nicely done!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - You've kept the family happy by considering everyone's needs. The only slight problem I see is that not everyone would be 100% keen on the exterior choice. It'd be next to impossible to keep them all happy. Good work!
Judge 2: 8/10 – I like that you gave Edna her own room and that sitting area she wanted but you seemed to have missed that country taste of hers in the bedroom.
Judge 3: 10/10 - It suits the family's needs.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 7/10 - Am I right in thinking you would need to tread over flowers or walk out the front door to get the pond out the back? There's a huge amount of space unused in the kitchen which could have been used with some additional counters or other furnishings/deco objects. The sitting area in Edna's room is a bit small but would work and keep everyone much happier than cause them inconvenience which is a good thing.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I feel you did a good job in the placements. Where I had reservation was with the TV and chair placements in Edna room.
Judge 3: 9/10 - The home is nicely arranged. There is a lot of 'extra' room downstairs that could have small conversational seating areas or study areas.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8\10 - The exterior is really captivating. I love the red siding and grey brick used together! The interior doesn't look too bad despite using red and gold colours together. The kitchen looks just a little bit boring and I'm not sure that the stone flooring was an effective choice (This wouldn't be a nice smooth flat surface and wouldn't be suitable for an infant/toddler). Umm you said there was a pool out the back but I can only see the ladder. (Please show it next time. I've included pts for it but I just wanted to have a peek at it lol)
Judge 2: 9\10 – I like your flower beds in the front. I can see you added a swimming pool, it would have been nice to see how it fits with the house. I really did not get the vibe connection between the red siding and brick wall but am sure you knew why you choose them. I like the kitchen, just that I felt the one yellow color (gold) throughout the ground floor should have been complimented with another. None the less I love how all came out.
Judge 3: 9/10 - The house is comfortable and suitable for a growing family. I like the openness of the layout. It's a comfortable family house. I like the color schemes in the master bedroom. I had to smile at the turtle bowls - are they dog bowls or potties? It looks like you may have a pool? I would have liked to see more of the backyard. I dinged you one point for the lack of a good view of the backyard landscaping.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've kept the family in mind and allowed for future members to fill the house comfortably.
Judge 2: 8.5/10 – I like that you used their colors and the children room looks lovely. I was wondering why you gave them 7 dining chair when they are planning to have a family.
Judge 3: 10/10
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - I love the breakfast bar you have in the kitchen and the fact you have several counters for preparation. The living sits at least 4 people which is great. There isn't any deco or furnishing in the hall upstairs (even a wall hanging will make a difference)
Judge 2: 10/10 – Your furniture and room placements allows for easy movement and routing.
Judge 3: 10/10 The home furnishings are nicely arranged for a growing family
Budget: 10/10 I'm not going to dock you this time, I trust you, but you forgot to paste a shot of the lot value into a pic. You did with your application, so I'm assuming you just forgot. -Jones

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 7/10 - Well you've certainly got red and gold but I just feel it's just a bit too much. The landscaping and back yard is great! (Plenty of trees, shrubs, flowers, furniture etc.) Plenty of deco objects inside as well. The master bedroom though is very dull and boring compared to the rest of the house and I don't like the idea of it being decorated in a messy state. I suggest trying to keep the decoration consistent avoid using really bright coloured brick over the majority of the exterior.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I love the back yard of the house. Simple swimming pool and simple exterior landscaping. I had expected some kind of sporting place out here considering their background. The golden brick were nice but having it allover took some vibe out of it. I liked how you used the red brink at the entrance to break the pattern and I had expected that at the back. Its good that you used their color and this will make them happy. The interior is nice
Judge 3: 10/10 - Your front view of the home is bright and cheerful! Well done! I love the landscaping all round the home. Very nicely done. I wish I could give you an extra point!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Certainly pleased the couple with this house. The bathroom though doesn't have a shower, only a tub.
Judge 2: 9/10 – Its good you considered their needs. Giving them the extra room will be a joy to them. Having a small sporting equipment would have been nice to keep them fit (not a must).
Judge 3: 10/10 - The is a well furnished home. It suits the family's needs.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The layout on this house is really great. Would allow one to study in the office nook whilst the other nurse a baby or two. The kitchen layout I really like as well. The booths however probably could have been converted to seats. It looks a little uneven with thick seats one side and smaller delicate seats on the other side.
Judge 2: 8/10 – I think the sitting room placement will not allow for free movement with regards to the center tables. They will not allow for lighting the fireplace. Apart from this you did a good placement of the furnitures
Judge 3: 10/10 The kitchen and living room are cozy yet roomy. The rooms have a realistic 'lived in' look.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9/10 - I love the decoration on this one. Everything is consistent and the design is very appealing to the eye. I like the lamp posts on the street especially.
Judge 2: 9/10 - I love the mediaval look of the house . Good colour walls on the outside and that Stone wall just looks lovely the way you complimented it with the others . That little garden and the little pond are just perfect. Though I have a concern about the landscaping, seeing that you went for a theme back into the ages, I could understand that. The interior is just perfect. It actually looks like what the old ones will like. What I like most was the choice of kitchen place. That was really thoughtful of you. And you surprised me with that little out house. Reminds me of when I was small and growing up in he village
Judge 3: 10/10 - I really like what you've done with your pond. It's very attractive and the little garden is cute. You've utilized the space well for your medieval home.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've got a great bedding set-up which will be suitable for the family. Not sure if they would enjoy running things back in time and living without a tv.
Judge 2: 10/10 - Thanks for selling your idea of the house through your descriptions and I would say It suits the family's needs.Taking out the bathroom and making there a sewing area was ingenuity
Judge 3: 10/10 - It seems to suit the family's needs considering the overpopulation and the available space.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Room and furniture placement is great. I would have tried to include a larger sitting area of some kind.
Judge 2: 10/10 - Thanks for convincing me with your descriptions. Love your outlay of furniture placings.
Judge 3: 10/10 - The pathways through the rooms seem to flow well.
Budget: 10/10 - I'm trusting you on this one You said it's under, and I know you're a fair player. If you were over you'd have said so -Jones
Structural Integrity: 39/40 The bathroom door, but you know that -Jones

And sorry, Croutonian, I've had to go clutter hunting again I might be done tomorrow, lol. Anyone happen to know where I can find lots of different bird sculptures? Not realistic ones, decorative, clutter ones, lol.
