As the name says, this house is made for only one sim. Situated at the outskirts of Sunset Valley, this place is perfect for a genius and loner sim who wishes to live away from the noise of downtown while searching wisdom within. The main feature of this house is an attic which functions as a studying hub, leading to a balcony which provides a broad view of Sunset Valley, along with a telescope for a better view or a stargazing buddy at night.
