The upper story, once again accessed by a glass spiral staircase, tries to create simplicity and celebrate the sky and the sea together. It is an open floorplan excepting the bathroom, with the upper patio accessible through a glass door. Furniture is kept in light wood again, fabrics in blues, and the decor calls to mind lighthouses and seashells.

The bathroom changes the color scheme to reflect darker "damp sand" tones in order to capture the warmth and depth of the sea, but it continues to remain continuous by the wood flooring and ceiling as in other rooms. A small upper area featuring further plants allows the house itself to celebrate the breeze on both stories.

The house is meant for a single person, because the sea and the sound of the wind often sounds lonely. Because of this, there is only a single bed. However, there is room in the room for a double bed if desired.
