It is if you have a sim with a cane in their inventory that existed before patch 1.50- that causes the dwarf elder glitch. Delete those canes and replace them with new ones, and the cane animations will work properly again. |

When/how often do the adventure boards in the various vacation locations refresh with new adventures? |

I really should know this but I don't. Does .package CC get packaged with Sims uploaded to the Exchange? |

I don't think it does, I'm pretty sure the Exchange packages Sims the same way as packing them into a Sims3Pack. So only S3P files would stick with them. | ||

I'm not sure if this is either a stupid or technical question, but I hope nobody minds. If 2 different mods, say, a tuning mod, modifies the same XML resource, it will cause mod conflict. Now, how exactly will this "conflict" harm my game? Is it that: 1. The game will notice there's a conflict in mods, and for the sake of safety, the game will just not run? 2. During a certain condition, the game will not function properly, as in jumping / reset Sims or game crash? Or 3. The game simply uses the resource of the mod that loads last? Or is the severity never certain? I'm curious. |

I often check my mods with Delphy Dashboard so I'm pretty sure I never have any conflicts of this kind but I found this piece from Nona days ago: Quote:

Woah, thanks there, noxnoxnox! So I guess there's not real definite consequence of tuning mod conflict (bizarre results), but they DO sound bad. It's too bad though, because I'm planning to share a tuning mod that will modify a great number of resources (I'd just call it ITUN overhaul). At least now I'm sure that mod conflict is a big no no. |
