So, a friend told me you can tell the sex of the baby before they're born. How?! This is like 3rd or 4th ear news so I don't know how true it is. Something about going to the hospital while pregnant. I did that, andddd did the "Medical Analysis" and it said nothing. Am I doing something wrong? or is it just not possible. Also I understand you can eat like 3 apple or 3 watermelons to modify the sex of the baby. Which is it for which gender. My sim wants a girl and I wanna make sure I get it right. |

You can find out the gender if you know a sim who is high in the medical field. I got the option when my sim married a trauma surgeon. I am not sure if the relationship has to be high for the option to appear. I just know it occurred when my sim was married to someone in that field. |
