Okay, so I think I'll be considered stupid for posting this question but I have to for my own personal satisfaction. Well, I've been banned from uplading content to MTS2 site. I don't understand why? I am pritty shore that I haven't done anything and I have only one upload which was accepted. I didn't receive any kind of PM with explanation of what I've done wrong or any kind of warning. If somebody from moderators could answer me this I would be really thankful!

You aren't restricted from uploading. There's nothing on your account preventing you from uploading. What error message(s) are you getting?

This usually means that the specific IP, or - more likely - a range of IP addresses in use by your ISP, has been used by spammers, troublemakers, or other people who are not welcome on this site. It usually does not mean you are banned personally, unless you have previously caused trouble before.

IP address bans are usually permenant, and not lifted. This is to protect the members and staff of this website from further harrassment, and while we realise that this means some legitimate users may not be able to use the site, we feel that it's better to protect the majority at the expense of the few.

That's not an uploading ban - most likely, you have a dynamic IP, and you share an ISP with someone who has been banned. The issue will probably resolve itself within a few days when your IP changes again. Also, make sure you're not using a public proxy, as these are often used by banned members to get round bans and thus tend to end up getting banned themselves.

Also, there's only one F in "Of course".
