I'll probably go back in and replay that ending, at some point. Christa's guy is Omid, and yeah, I hope it's them too. If not, what happened to them? (Well, I guess that would be obvious. I want to know either way, though.) I wonder if season 2 will continue Clementine's story? One would hope so, otherwise that ending is a real dick move. I'd also like to see Molly again. She was cool. Ooh, and an episode or two of Crawford's story would be interesting! The "Episode 6" they're talking about would be tied to this first "season" of the game, so maybe that's what they have in mind. |

I love Molly! I was disappointed when she decided to go out on her own again. Yes, I hope it does continue with Clem's story! I want to see how she copes in the apocalypse. |

Maybe it would have been a good idea to open an own thread for the game? Now it's quite confusing looking through this thread as the game has nothing to do with the tv show storyline. |

Well I'll try to get this thread back to the topic of the show and not the game. I've been watching it since the beginning and I was immediately hooked. I enjoy watching marathons of Walking Dead even more than I do each new episode as the suspense of what is going to happen preoccupies me too much. I can relax and REALLY WATCH it once I know what is going to happen. Yeah, I'm strange that way! I can hardly believe they had Hershel's leg cut off. Have you ever seen the behind the scenes where they show he really has a green sock and shoe on but it just doesn't show. What puzzles me is how you can still see what is behind it. I wish Laurie didn't die. I can't imagine in that world having a baby and raising it. Crazy! Makes me quiver. I do like the way no one is safe so the show is quite unpredictable. Very good feeling at the end with the new people entering the prison. Hershel was shaking their hands welcoming them, did you see that? I see the way the zombie world has made so many so very untrusting and hard. That took me some time to figure out why. The governor makes me sick. He is so disgusting in every way and I really don't get what Andrea ever saw in him. I don't think he has one good quality and he is very ugly on top of that. Andrea disappointed me once she was caught by his "charm". Which I saw through right away. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THE STORY LINE GO COME OCTOBER? |

It's just like Twilight... Some writers tries to beautify everything. Ruining myths.. The zombies in TWD really scares me! But they are one of the reason I'm still watching the show. I remember that I got a bit bored in season 2 I think, when they stayed at the farm and there was few zombie related episodes. I just prefer it a bit brutal. Like in the first episode, that was INTENSE! |

Really? Interesting. I like the zombies and the violence but too much of it makes me go a little cray-cray and i start getting nightmares and whatnot... The reason I watch it is for the plot, the characters and how they change and what they've become as a result of the apocalypse... My favorite episode (from what I can remember... I plan to actually rewatch the first and possibly the second season) is the episode in season three where rick, carl, and michonne go on a run and rick sees what's become of morgan. How he stayed there isolated and traumatized from the world and his craziness is really fascinating to me... I also really like the characters Milton and Dr. Jenner because they introduce a little science fiction to the story, finding a cure or just discovering more about the virus and the walkers. If it wasn't for the episode in the first season where they visit the CDC then I don't really think I would've continued to watch the show. Bringing back a piece of civilization to focus on character development was really beneficial. And also I get lots of secondhand emotions so I was extraordinarily relieved to see them safe for once... |

Yeah, me too! I imagine being in such a horrific situation, simple things like a shower (hot or not!), food, and a secure place to sleep would be enough to make one weep in gratitude. Ladyhawke mentions a couple pages back how she liked the farm because it felt like it could be "home", and I felt that way too. Season three was SOOO over-the-top good, I have a hard time getting in touch with how much I enjoyed season two at the time, but I remember being piiiiissed that the zombie horde drove them out, and killed so many of them in the process. With shows like this (which I LOVE), there's always a tug-of-war in me between wanting them to find a place of peace and safety, but realizing that once they do, it's means the show is over. So of course they have to continually be in tremendous peril. :p | |
