I would play The Sims 2 for 2 hours, browse the forums and read threads on this site, which varies from 10 to 30 minutes. I also spend the same amount of time browsing the forums on the official The Sims 3 website (even though I haven't played that game since September). I usually play The Sims 2 either on Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday since I have classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Sometimes I would play when I return home from campus, if I don't have a lot of assignments or no assignments due that week.

"Its profits dropped so hard, EA freaking fired me. Those traitors freaking fired me! Is it because of the company's fallen stock? Can anyone please describe these? Dropped so hard; that stuff's Cray. Initially, it didn't phase me, but micro transact'd cost me my 8-to-2 (job)," John Riccitiello.

Since atm I take full time care of my grandmother, 15 hours a day on average (10 am to 1 am). But I have some nights where from after 8 I'll log into IMVU instead and take a slight break to recharge. I'm lurking here multiple times a day checking out the pictures forum and only logging in if I need to download something or like this a thread I feel compelled to write in.

I do something sim related (downloading, checking out the simblr community on tumblr, reading here, playing, organizing) every single day for almost seven years. Maybe I skipped a day here or there but yeah, pretty much. Simming is a major interest for me, so I do it automatically now.

I'm getting married in July and if my future husband did not appreciate and support my simming, I would have kicked him out years ago! LOL

As it is, he thinks my hood is really cool and interesting and often suggested storylines.\

ETA: Oh. I guess I won't do anything simming related on my wedding day...and MAYBE not on my honeymoon - but we'll see - a week is a long time to go without! :-D

You're lucky, you can play while he watches sports, separately, so there are no arguments what to play or watch

Like 3 hours of my day playing and 3 or more hours thinking about something sim related... I wish I had more free time so I could play more...

Friday I did something I hadn't done in a while and simmed more or less all day. i used to play a lot when I was sick and couldn't work and if I wasn't playing I was looking for sim stuff or reading sim stuff. Now I take about two hours searching for sims stuff 3 times a week and then play about two or three hours a couple times a week. So twelve hours a week on average.

It really sucks up time! It goes by so fast when you're playing! I look up and it's already been an hour! I think the most I played at once was three hours. Sometimes I bring my phone with me (I play on a desktop in an empty room in my house) but sometimes I don't, and I go downstairs and it's been like an hour and a half. Yesterday I stayed in my PJs until literally 9PM when I went out for an hour and then came home and sat back down! haha!

I mostly play of the night. The rest of the time if I'm on net is spent downloading useless CC that I might never use. I have a bad CC addiction. I think I look up CC more than I actually play....

I have a skintone addiction. I have a huge 244 geneticized set i'm using currently of all these from around the web. That took me about a week and a half to do, i'm amazed I don't have carpal tunnel from all the work I did with that. I'm gonna swap it out in a day or two mostly because after playing with it for a week in a testing megahood the skintone variety isn't expanding out like I thought it would over the generations. Ideally I think 12 will do just fine. I use to have the buy content issue until I just started recoloring the maxis stuff for colors I wanted. Why download a pink bed when I could just recolor a overused maxis bed to pink.

~raises hand~ most definitely. Though mine usually result from having sims do really stupid things that I then have to work into the storyline no matter what because I can't undo it. It's around then that I quit playing and go CC hunting to destress.

I haven't actually played the game in over a month... because I've been spending 5-6 hours a day sorting and culling my downloads folder.
*shame*
I'm getting there though! I hope to finish sorting the accessories today, deleting things I don't use, using Wardrobe Wranger to put all earrings and necklaces in the jewellery bin, taking screencaps to add thumbnails to files where I can't see what it is until I actually place it on a sim... it's all oddly satisfying.

Depends on how crazy I think I'm going--look, I'm the stay-at-home adult in a household of nine, ranging from past 70 to four months, with the eldest a space case when it comes to taking his meds, two working adults, and five kids--homeschooled--at least my sims do what I tell 'em to when I tell 'em!
Some days I just don't have time to play. It's better for everyone when I do. Now youngest is asleep and the noise I hear really doesn't sound like writing about President Johnson (Andrew, not Lyndon) or reading Calvin and Hobbes, and it's not just the younger two boys, so I'd better go see what's going on.
MTS is my nursing the baby activity.

Probably about as soon as I get in Wi-Fi range of my house, I check my sites (MTS, PCWorld, Aol Mail, Pandora, Failblog/Icanhascheezburger...etc) and then I fit in a hour of simming every other day, which 20 minutes just fighting to get it to start up and load. Then I do my homework that I didn't finish at class during my loading times. Curse you, AP English, and Algebra II!

.-.-. Just call me Bliss and it's all good :) .-.-.

I'm not very active on MTS, you can PM and/or contact me here.

During winter break I'd spent most of my computer time on sim-related websites or playing. Once this semester started, I barely played. I have 3-4 sites I check on a daily basis (GoS, LJ, MTS). I haven't been downloading much lately too. Can't wait till spring break...to play sims xD.

If my computer was working I would probably be playing all day. Then again, I would probably try to build some impossibly tedious building and between the repetition of building and the build/buy mode music, I would probably be lulled to sleep. I might go ahead and get rid of the usual buy/build mode music once I rebuild my music collection. My HDD with most of my music went kaput due to mishandling.

I used to play all day once upon a time.

I wanna play my Sims all night, and play em everyday...

Have you ever noticed that the letters f, o, and r are next to the letters d, i, and e respectively. So if you're not careful whenever you are typing the word 'for' you run the risk of typing 'die' instead.

Right now I don´t play at all. I realized that my addiction to this game has actually destroyed lots of things IRL. I have played this game like an idiot for one and a half year since it is the best game I have ever played. But it´s way too timeconsuming and has sometimes almost taken up my whole life. I´ll take a break from it for at least three months (until summer) and do more important things instead. I´ll eventually some back and then I have hopefully learnt from my misstake, and will manage to play it in a more reasonable extent. I´ll still visit sim related sites like this one, however, even if that sometimes makes me miss my sims even more .
