I've been trying to delete some downloads from my Sims 2 downloads folder but every time I click on the said items to delete them I get an error message that says something like "Item Not found in [blah blah blah] folder. Verify items location and try again". I hit "try again" and the same thing happens. These items ARE on my computer because they show up when I use the start button search. Please help! EDIT: I was told a program called Unlocker would help so I downloaded it but it can't delete them either! EDIT 2: It seems that some of these items HAVE been deleted but they are still showing up in my downloads folder. What's going on there? |

Have you tried hitting F5 to refresh your view of the Downloads folder? Win7 in particular sometimes gets "stuck" displaying files which aren't actually there any more; F5 usually fixes it. |
