Hah that's pretty tame compared to what my game comes up with. The random wild horses will more often than not look like something from your wildest nightmares, skinny and disproportional with a HUGE muzzle, large chest and no belly. Some of the dogs are also extremely hideous. Good thing I use the Master Controller, so I immediately beautify those poor poor animals upon discovering them. 0_o |

Yea, I do that too - but I still think that sometimes pets are too random. |

Yeah, entirely random. It's horrible. I used to have a saved coat pattern that was bright blue, because it had only one layer and I wanted to use that template to create custom coats. Guess what happened? Right. Blue wild horses. Oh, I do wish EA (or someone savvy) would create a "real genetics" pet mod that prevents pets from being entirely random, like the Sim genetics back in TS2 where skins and hair colours had a genetic value attached to them. But that seems pretty darn impossible. :/ |
