Every file that I've downloaded from here and unzipped are not package files at all, which means they can not be put in the Sims 3. I doubt I did it wrong being as I've been on this site for a very long time. This site is the only site I've been to today. I've downloaded Anubis and Nouk's stuff for sure. Not sure whats going on, but why are they not in the package format?

looking through my downloads it seems that all of her stuff isn't working. Anubis360, i saw that she redid some of Nouk's stuff. so that part i got confused. But for sure, all of Anubis360 that i downloaded are not in package format.

You are downloading the updated version of that download, right? Whenever I download it, and extract it.. I get a package file along with a thumbnail. If you look in the description, you should see which one is the updated version and which one is the outdated version.

I checked, too, and there's definitely a package file in there. Are you getting .package confused with .sims3pack? If so, we don't offer sims3packs (the things the launcher installs). We only accept packages here that must be manually installed in your mods folder.

oh so thats why!!! I've never dealt with anything but the package files that the game installed. Now i feel stupid. And happy cuz that means some of the stuff I've downloaded can be used! thank you so much lol and thanks for the guide to show how to make the mods folder. was very helpful to a girl that isnt' good with computers.
