This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Teen Sims Faces Won't Show Up?
Their faces in game play mode are white with blue letters on them and when I attempt to change their appearance their faces are completely black.
And this only affects the teen girls.
I read on yahoo it might be from default custom content, so i erased mostly everything except for male eyebrows but it's still the blank face.

Is it all the female teens in all the neighbourhoods?
What you wanna do is back up your The Sims 2 folder, remove every custom content you have, all of it, delete the cache files, and launch the game to see if it's still happening.
