Would this mac be able to run sims 3?
Hi i would like to purchase a new mac/computer and want to find out whether this mac would be able to run sims 3.
Its a Imac 2007 20"

How many/which EPs are you hoping to play? I can already tell you that if it only has 1GB of RAM, then even the basegame is going to run like crap; but 1GB of RAM seems incongruent with the CPU and GPU you've listed, so you might want to double-check that that info is correct.

What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.

Oh, i have all eps and only master suite, high end loft, 70s 80s & 90s stuff, outdoor living and fast lane

Then the answer is definitely not. The three most important things for TS3 performance are CPU, RAM, and graphics card, and that computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for any of them. Game Help:TS3 System Requirementswiki
You should also be aware that TS3 suffers from even more bugs on Mac than it does on PC, including many CC hairs not working.

What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
