My Elder Sim won't die
I don't know if this is a real problem or just a random thing but I was wondering if this was caused by a mod or something else. I got an elder Sim and he reached the last stage before death. The green age bar is glowing white and I got a message that he may pass away soon - that was two Sim weeks ago. I read at Sims 4 wiki that the process of dying may take around three or five days but I am waiting forever. I don't want to kill my Sim but I want him to pass away naturally so the story of my family can continue. I installed the camera mod and "Babies for everyone". Can one of these mods influence the aging process negatively? Or does "testingcheats" prevent my sim from dying? I did not active the "death toggle" cheat. Or do I have to do some things before my sim can pass away peacefully (making friends with all family members etc)?
Thank you for reading!

I'm not sure why your Sim hasn't passed away yet, however, I can tell you it's not because of the "Babies for Everyone" mod. I have that mod and my elderly Sim passed away on schedule. I also have a camera mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=536953) and this testing cheats mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=535757). If these are the same mods that you have, you can rule them out as being your problem.

OK, my sim finally died after 4 or 5 weeks - and I was not there. So I was wondering where I can find the grave stone - or does the game not generate a grave stone if you are not playing the household? Is it automatically generated on the lot where the sim died? I would really like to test ambrosia and the new ghost feature.

Did you sim complete the body builder aspiration? Usually if your sim complete that, you get a long lived trait (or whatever it is called) and your sim lives a little longer. Unfortunately, one of the gurus confirmed that no urn or tombstone is generated when sims die in non-active lots. I'll try to dig up that thread for you.
Edit: Here are links to guru replies about how urns, tombstones, and ghosts are generated. http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/dis...omment_12779911
and more specifically http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/dis...omment_12780106

Ah, problem solved! He really completed the bodybuilder aspiration!
That is quite bad that there are no urns or tombstones and even no memories of the death. I checked the family's statistics and they never expierienced the death of a sim.
Thank you for all your advises!
