Hej there... put this download in your tray folder and not your mods folder... to access it... start up your game and go into your gallery make sure that you have checked the box that says show lots with mods... once that is checked now any lot that you have downloaded with mods will show up in your gallery...

Had to quote your comment again, but there is actually a big lot in Newcrest, unfortuantelly it doesn't fit, as this build is 50x50 and the lot in the new world is 50x40, so... yeah :/

Hej there.... this is a tray file so once you open it since it is a rar file (un rar) it :-) go in \My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\ and put it there... it is there but finding it can be tricky... when you go into your gallery there is a little button on the left handside and it says "advanced" click on this and it will ask you if you wish to check the box "show custom content" click on that box and any lots that you have downloaded with any custom content should now show up.... Hope you find this as I really love this place...
