Can you please post your current status on what games you have installed: Base Game, WA, HELS?
What is your current version/patch level? You can see this in the bottom left of the launcher window.
Did you get WinRAR installed?
Did you download and install the MonkeyBars Framework Installer Tool? Did you run the program?
Have you downloaded and installed the Helper Monkey? Helpful for installing .package files properly.
When you receive any errors, please post the error or message you receive.
