The Exiled Royal Challenge- A mix of the Midnight Sun and Perfect Genetics challenges, with a twist.

I recommend using a long-ish lifespan, just because using a shorter one could mean your Sims will age up before finishing all the requirements.

~~Who you need:

A queen: Young Adult. Snob, Evil, and Flirty traits required, the rest can be random. Must have a unique hair and/or eye color. Make her beautiful.

A king: Adult. Brave, Evil, and Light Sleeper traits required, the rest can be random. Must have a unique eye/hair color.

A gardener: Young Adult or Adult. Male, must have Green Thumb, Good, and Loves the Outdoors trait, the rest can be random.

A cook: Young Adult. Male or Female, must be Unlucky, Good, and Natural Born Cook.

2 Maids: Teen to Adult. one of each gender, must be Neat, Good, and Proper (if you have Supernatural, if not, use Charismatic) These two can have children with each other as well as the Royals. Female maid should be pretty- but not as pretty as The Queen. After all, why would she have someone prettier than her near her at all times?

2 Guards: Young Adult or Adult. Males. Must be Athletic, Brave, and Good. Give them armor-like clothes.

Where you are: Any island world with one medium or large lot on land. On this lot is a large castle.

The castle should:
-Have a garden for food.
--No "cheaty" plants, such as Life Fruit or Death Flowers.
-Have a dungeon.
--Must have cages/cells, no decorations, and no lights.
--Cages/cells have a cheap bed and a cheap toilet, nothing else.
-Have a Royal Bedroom
--High quality bed, private with highest quality plumbing, and optional balcony
-Have a Servants' Wing
--Individual rooms for each servant, with an okay bed, dresser, and chair. Shared bathroom in the wing.
-Have a Nursery and Children's rooms.
-Have lots and lots of decor. The Queen is a Snob, after all.
-Optional library, sunroom, entertainment rooms, pool, etc.
-No cheaty objects- such as the ITF stasis machine thing, Time Machines (neither from Ambitions nor ITF), food replicator.

Why you're here: The Royal family has ruled over a small country in Simnation for generations with an iron fist. Many years of greed, corruption, and dishonesty has led their citizens to lead a revolution. In order to avoid death, the royals have taken their most trusted servants (against their will) to a hidden castle on a far-away island until everything dies down. Unfortunately, the rebels followed them and destroyed their ship, so they had no means of return or escape. The rebels gave the king and queen a deal: If you have a descendant who can prove their connection to the Royal bloodline, is Good, Genius, and Friendly, and at least 5 generations removed from the King and Queen, then their bloodline may come back to their nation and take the throne. If they leave the island before then, the whole family will be killed.

~Things that must happen:
-The Queen must have a relationship with all male or all of the servants.
-The Queen must have several affairs that lasts three simweeks without the King noticing.
--If he DOES notice, the Servant is thrown in the dungeon for a week with only seven pieces of food.
-The King must be enemies with all servants.
-When the King dies or is close to death, he can give his crown to the oldest son who has the same unique hair/eye color as him, or to the Queen to give to a daughter, if no son fits the requirement. The "Crown" can be represented by anything, such as a gem, the prom king crown from Generations, or something like that. It must stay in the inventory of the head Sim until they are ready to give it up.
- When the Queen dies or is close to death, and if the King hasn't already done so, she can give her crown to the oldest daughter with the same unique eye/hair color.
-There heir must be related to the King and Queen, King and Servant, or Queen or Servant.
-Only one heir, male or female, with the same Royal hair or eye color. They may take a husband/wife.
-All other children that are born are demoted to Servants.
-Servants must finish all their daily duties.

~Things that may not happen:
-Travel is forbidden. After all, you have no way to leave anyway, without the Rebels finding out.
-Cheats aside from build cheats or resetsim may not be used. Money cheats are okay only while building the castle.

Servants Duties:
-The Cook must provide all meals without burning down the kitchen. They must max out their cooking skill before aging up.
-The Gardener must tend the plants. Must max out gardening before aging up.
-The Maids must clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, do the laundry, fix objects, and tend the Royals. Must max charisma before aging.
-Guards must beat up burglars and escort Servants to the Dungeon. Must max Athletic and Martial Arts before aging.

The challenge is lost if nobody descendant from the heir of the first King/Queen is alive, nobody eligible for continuing the bloodline is left before 5 generations, or everyone dies.

The challenge is won if, after 5 Generations, the heir is a Good, friendly Genius with the Royal Eye/Hair color. After that, they can move from the island and live in another town, or stay if they wish.

~Wanna make it more interesting?~

- The servants cannot read. After all, they're low-class, who would have taught them?
- Add some stables and a stable master if you have Pets. Keep the horses clean, well-fed, and exercised. Breed them and make them look regal.
- Use NO technology! No electric lights, no refrigerators, no electric ovens, no TVs, radios, computers, cellphones....
- Use ONLY food grown in the gardens. Vegetarians rejoice!
- Let assassination happen! Whoever kills the person with the crown becomes King/Queen.
- Add Supernatural requirements: The king or Queen MUST BE/CANNOT BE a Wizard! Faeries MUST HAVE/CANNOT HAVE green wings!

These are not rules, only ways to spice things up

I am going to do the exact same challenge, only I am going to give myself more generations to get the good sim. Hope it is okay!

Go ahead, I said 5 because I have a super short attention span when it comes to challenges, but try it with more ^-^

I'd really like to see pictures of peoples Royal Family, and their castles ^~^

Are the two maids really the only ones that can Breed with each other? It seems like it's gonna be hard to create 5 generations if everyones related.

Also can the king cheat with the servants aswell or is the queen the only one aloud to do that?

And given the "before they age up" requirements should we be trying to make ambrosia like in the Four Immortal Sisters challenge?

Also, am I allowed to use the inevitable imaginary friends as breeding material?

I've been doing this challenge and it's actually pretty hard keeping track of everyone in the huge castle and they all keep doing stupid things like talking to each other at the wrong times or waiting forever and a day to autonoumously take care of their needs. I made the mistake of having a bunch of kids early too so it's hard to take care of all their requirements whilst also making sure their stupidity doen't end up killing the children.

1) The 1st King and Queen's children can breed with servant children, but the 1st Heir cannot be related to the maids. Sorry if that's not too clear >n<
2) The King can, but only the queen would get punished. This is a bit sexist, I am aware, but I was going for an overly-traditional thing so... *shrugs*
3) No, no cheaty objects! That's what the long lifespan is for This challenge is crazy hard, I've only done it once xD
4) Hm... I think yes, but only if they're given the crown. If they're not given the crown, they just become servants.
