Default Longer loading times and $40 simoleon charge for that priveldge ;-)
Has anyone else noticed that it takes longer for every loading screen since the latest patch (nearly a minute for start up and 25-35 seconds for all the rest)? AND every time (yes, even at start up) the loading screen finishes, my sims get charged $40 simoleons! I can understand when changing lots -- cab fair? -- but having to pay to change a hat??? Even if I make no changes and cancel, $40 for the privilege of watching the loading plumbob

BTW -- I have no cc ... yet

Any suggestions on how to fix this? My sims are getting low on funds ...

Well, you can try to reduce loading times by clearing out your cache. That forty simoleon charge is pretty weird though...

The $40 charge is for the maid service cleaning your house.

If you have the recurring maid hired, he will clean your house every time you change lots.

No idea why. It doesn't make sense.
