Yes can any one make the dress Bella Goth wore in the sims 1 and 2 if any one could make it that will be great.

While public requests are not allowed on MTS, private requests are and some creators, who are willing to make cc, will do so. The person above me has a signature that says "I *DO* take requests!", so maybe that person can help you make a Bella Goth dress.
