Default Mid Century Homes on a 2x2 lot
Hi. really like the mid century homes from bozlove here on mts http://modthesims.info/m/6277227#
Sadly for my neighborhood the lots a little too big. So I'm searching houses like that but on a 2x2 lot, not bigger.
Thanks for help

The lots you linked have top down view screenshots and in case they don't download them and take pictures with your phone of it. You can build them looking from your phone and they will be identical to the bigger ones on you smaller lots. They are easy to build, as far as i can see, no cheats are needed.

Just because there are no cheats, they might not be the easiest to build. I enjoy building retro houses, and even certain simple-looking designs can sometimes provide a challenge, even if I don't use cheats. I've admired bozlove's lots for a while (you could tell that the creator had a genuine affection for this style ... it really shows), and feel bad that bozlove hasn't been around for a while.

At least a couple of these look like good beginner projects, though, such as this one: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=529373. You'd probably have to pick what you have to eliminate or condense, though ... perhaps the carport, for instance.

You could also use lot adjuster to make some smaller. You would need to place them in a test spot first, and edit the lots to remove stuff in the areas you are planning to remove the tiles.

The Lot Adjuster don't work here, so I tried to build it by myself. Smaller and with cc I already have. (Pictures below)
