How Do I Make New Outfits?
I know that in the sims 4 you can make up to 5 outfits for one category by clicking the + sign, but my game does not have the + sign for a new outfit. I have deleted my mods then repaired my game and it did not show up, I also tried reinstalling the game but this did not work either, then I tried the update button and it said your game is up to date. So..... WHAT DO I DO???? Help me please and

it wont let me upload the screen shot but I'm 100% sure it is not there because I saw what it looks like on videos but its not there on mines

The option is normally hidden until you hover your mouse pointer nearby.
