Default WCIF A Mod That Keeps your Sims From Gaining and Losing Weight and Muscle
Hi, I have a problem with The Sims 3, every time my sims go swimming or eat a little extra their weight and muscle mass changes a lot, I know that is supposed to happen... but I like keeping my sims a certain size and it gets annoying having to go into CAS and change their weight back to how it was originally, is there a mod or override that can stop this? Please let me know.

Twoftmama has a Lose Weight Gain Fitness Slower mod on TFM's Sims Asylum (free registration required to view and download).
"This mod makes sims lose weight and gain fitness slower. No more losing 500 pounds by spending an hour on the treadmill."

I haven't seen a mod that keeps Sims from gaining weight when they overeat.
