This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Error Trying to push nested interaction on someone not in an 'allow nested' interaction
Apparantly I cannot play a family for the first time without getting a certain error at least once.
This time it's the Pleasant fmily in the Genderswapped Neighbourhood.
And now the error is: Trying to push nested interaction on someone not in an 'allow nested' interaction
I got this error when Danielle Pleasant and her casual group went to dinner. I wanted to propose a toast and then the error appeared.
I looked it up and found it on this page: http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?tit...2:Object_Errors
It's number 54. But there's not suggested sollution.
Can someone help me with this please?
Here's the error log:

I'd be very very grateful and I really hope this is the last time

Tarquin wasn't properly sitting down. This might be one of those issues which would have been relatively harmless, and was only noticeable because you had testingcheats enabled.

Thank goodness it wasn't that bad this time.
It's true I forgot to turn of the boolprop cheat last time I played. Can I see somewhere if I forgot that the next time I start the game?

If you can see the engine version number in the top right (I think? maybe left) of the screen, then you have testingcheats enabled.

Thanks! I didn't know that.
Sometimes I see that and sometimes I don't. I never wondered about it, but now I know.

Edit: @Nysha
I'm sure I turned of the boolprop but when I started the game again, I could still see the engine version number in the top right.
I know it's possible to configure somewhere to always have the boolprop cheat on. Where can you do that?
So then I can check whether that's the case.

If one has the boolprop cheat on at startup there will be a file named userStartup.cheat located In the Config folder that is inside The Sims 2 folder

for info on changing the Mac Open File Limit check out my post here http://www.insimenator.org/index.ph...html#msg1628939

So then I should just delete it?

No, the userStartup.cheat is a useful file. If you have added testingcheats to it and want to remove it, you should just edit the file and delete the testingcheats line.

I would just Edit it, and take out the line that will say boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true

Make sure to use something that will Edit Text Files and make sure to not change the name or change the file extension, the file needs to be named exactly userStartup.cheat

It won't hurt to remove or delete the file, but userStartup.cheat files are very useful for creating Aliases that one can use in the game. For example I have an Alias set up so that if I type "m" without quotes in the Cheat Box it will do "MoveObjects on" for me in the game, if I type "m-" with out quotes it will do "MoveObjects off" for me in the game, I have aliases set up for a few others like "cheats" and "cheats-" for "boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true" and boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled false" respectively.

Like I said I would Edit it and not delete it.

I think Note Pad is what you would use on a PC, but I am not sure.
