Okey I might just be an idiot,
but ever since I got seasons there have been more Hauntings in my
city then could possible be good.

Now that is fine but the tune...
my sims all live on small lots packed together, European style, no matter what household I play I am gonna catch the tune at some point ever 3 sim days if not more often.

I have spotted plenty of tune/sound removal mods but I must have either missed the one I need or it just isn't around T__T'

Please help me o3o

This thread will tell you how to replace music in the sims 3, and I think the same method can be used to replace the haunting sounds.
