I installed the patch and it still crashed on that neighbourhood. I took the neighbourhood out and installed a new neighbourhood and it hasn't crashed at all. I placed the neighbourhood back in and it crashed for me

I'm afraid that sounds like that neighborhood is corrupted past using. We all feel your deep pain.

it seems that way it was such a beautiful neighbourhood too.
