Something weird is going on with the Exchange search feature, it assumes that any two or more words typed in there automatically have the command OR between them. Like, if you type in "Beach house" It'll think you typed in "Beach OR House" and chaos ensues.

I want to find a nice Bed and Breakfast type lot so my sim can have roommates. Unfortunately, as "Bed and Breakfast" is three words, the search feature has no idea what I'm actually looking for. Since this is the WCIF forum, I think I can post a few other desires as well:

-60X60 Lot or smaller
-Victorian style (Trying to place in Moonlight Falls)
-Space for about 8 YA or older sims (Most legacy houses feature kids stuff that I don't want)
-Lot costs $1,000,000 or less fully furnished
-minimal landscaping
-no car spaces, garages, or driveways
-No additional CC
-Not haunted by any previous guests
-I have all expansions except ITF, but the only stuffpacks I have are Fast Lane and Movie Stuff.

Just change to community lot or whatever to make your own bed & breakfast lot.The website also has a tutorial for making victorians.

This is a private lot I built ages ago - it's one of my favourite resort lots to play. The outside area has a pool I built to mimic an above-floor frame pool, it looks quite good tbh.
So there's another option for you.

But that's a commercial lot with resort amenities. I just want a big Victorian house where my sim can live with her roommates AS IF she was running a Bed and Breakfast.

Plus it uses some stuff packs I don't have.

I wasn't able to find anything that fit my criteria over at fakehousesrealawesome, but I have yet to do a thorough search through Ruthless kk's stuff. I have used her houses before in other circumstances, and they were wonderful.
