Toilet paper I have used in the past Windkeeper, guatla, -Maylin- and IndigoRage.

Adele has one here that has toilet paper and some other really nice deco.

I use the Manor House one posted by Simonut because it doesn't have a shadow. If you click the related uploads tab you will find some recolours.

Around the Sims has a lot of nice bathroom clutter.
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.
