Hi,

Does anyone know of a gun/holster belt usable by male sims? kinda like the one on the picture on the left. I am trying to finish a sim.
I know Rosesims had accessories - not sure it had this - but the website just doesn't work anymore for me, even with the Wayback machine, it stays stuck on the first page. No matter which button I press, I can't access the 'magic' section anymore, in fact I can't access anything at all, the website reached its true death I suppose.

Is there another gun/holster somewhere that you know of?

The trick that worked for me is setting the Wayback Machine date to May 2009 before the Sims 3 stuff started popping up and spamming the Magic link a few times until it finally worked. It's such a shame that so many talented custom content creators' websites for Sims 1 and 2 are suddenly becoming kaput and it's been happening a lot all too recently but I guess the Wayback Machine this time saved the day.

I had just found out that it works for the 2013 date as well so you just have to keep on clicking the magic link when you hover over Sims 2 and it should show up even after a failed attempt. 3 tries should do the trick or sometimes 2 tries works too.

Thanks so much! I've checked the link you provided - seems for females -, I've checked the other pages of the same section and I found one for male sims as well. I'm going to try and see if it works for him. Thank you!

@billielith Yeah sorry about that. I didn't test it out in the game. I had assumed that because it's a gun holster that it would be available for males and females to wear but what you could do is change the gender flag in SimPE from 01 female to 03 which is unisex. I could try to find a tutorial and link it to you if you want.

Thanks, I already know how to do that but I don't think it would really work because the body is different so I suppose the mesh wouldn't fit perfectly on a male sim. That and I know nothing about adjusting meshes on accessories.

But on Rose's website there's one for male sims on a further page. I will try that.
