I was more looking for scarring details. Scars that come after having acne. Makeup that give the skin uneven look.

I think that first link--the Pimples makeup by Tifa--could look like acne scarring if you faded it and recolored it to be closer to the Sim's skin.

I found another acne makeup here. It looks like it has a more faded option that could look like scars.
