Default Trouble merging files with S4pe: Unhandled Exception, or something like that (SOLVED)
Hi,

I've been having a ton of trouble merging some hair files with S4pe. I keep getting an error right when all the hair files have been merged. It says "Unhandled Exception" or something like that. I should have taken a screenshot of it. I can if you guys need it. I did, however, copy the details of the error.

And I'm merging 200 files. Is that too many for S4pe? 200 was about the maximum limit for S3pe; I assumed S4pe would be the same. Anyway, here's the details of the error I'm getting:

Well, guess what? I got it to work! The problem was that I was trying to merge my files the same way I did with S3PE. Turns out you can't do that.

With S3PE I would go File>new, then Resource>Import>As DBC, then hold Ctrl + A to highlight all the files, then give it a file name and save it.

With S4pe I clicked File>new, highlighted all the files I wanted to merge, then dragged and dropped them into the main window. Then I made sure the replace duplicates button was checked, clicked import, clicked no when it asks to autosave each file. Then, when all the files were merged, I clicked File>Save As, gave it a save name. DONE!

It merged everything super fast too. When I was doing it the other way, the way I merged files with S3PE, it took ages.
