This is a pretty nice hair from the thumbnail of RemusSirion's Astrocyte Eyeshadow.

Remus Sirion credits l0unacutex (Preview Sim) for the sim. Perhaps this will help you find the hair.

I've looked and cannot seem to find the sim. L0unacutex and Resmus Sirion seem to be good friends, and perhaps the sim was made privately for Resmus Sirion.

I cant place the hair...its probably unreleased as of now. Remus is also pretty good at editing so it might be that as well.
He answers a wcif for another hair a few pages back so thats an option. Ill look further when When Im at my computer though.
