Default Buyable Aspiration/Job rewards?
I was wondering if buyable rewards were available in the EP? I had a hack for the Sims 2 but i would really like some of the new job's reward objects. I've heard about a plastic surgury thing that i would like to experience.

Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks
