This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Missing face
Jill Smith has a missing "face". How do I fix it?

Nevermind, I exited the game, and re-entered. Face is back.

Turns out that the hair she has causes this with her particular face. I have the same hair that is a slightly different shade of blonde. I changed that, and now it works fine.
