Default Reducing World File Size Question
Good evening I was wondering if anyone knew if texture / terrain paint layers in the toolbar when you work in CAW could add to the world file size somehow? Regardless if you do not use the texture anywhere in the CAW world, but it's still added in the toolbar?

^Like these. I think I have 22 layers but I only use 5 of them. I am planning to remove the rest, of course, but I'm quite curious to find out if anyone knew if it might add to the file size still :-)

Yes, if you use custom terrain paint. You could open the .world file with sim3pe and filter for _IMG to see the files.

Thank you for the rapid and helpful reply! Just for the fun of it, I have the world fize size as it is now, I will try to update here once I figure out how much space the terrain paints was taking up

Edit: I was able to reduce the world file size with 20MB by removing terrain paints not in use.
