Well I would definitely check the gallery for fixer-uper houses (unless you build your own). I found some good ones. Now are you more into rustic or literal grunge theme?

Here is a grunge theme house here. http://myhomelesssims.blogspot.ca/2...ms-4-decay.html

My pleasure, I'm a big fan of creating derelict, rustic, grunge lots!

It's like buying $300 pants that come with dirt and holes. That's a real thing, look it up.
If the last few years have taught me anything it's that you should never throw away your old clothes, because someday they'll be cool again but expensive as hell. By which I don't mean that brand new 30 year old blazer I bought. That one was 25 bucks, which is only slightly expensive as hell.

So if you ever end up buying a derelict trailer home, don't sell before it becomes something inner city hipsters will pay a million for.

I miss the rustic choices that Sims 2 had. I made an apartment in TS2 that was based off a real life housing project. Good times.
