Default Would this computer be good for the Sims 3?
Hi all, I was looking into buying a computer that could play the Sims 3. I currently have a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop that really is not suited at all to gaming, let alone TS3, so I'm looking at desktops. My most recent find is this desktop:

I'm moderately tech savvy, so I tried to compare it to TS3's requirements. This computer has:

Windows 8 64-bit
AMD Quad-Core A10-5700 Accelerated 3.4GHz 4MB L2 Cache Processor
8GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 SDRAM memory, expandable to 32GB
1TB 7200RPM Serial ATA hard drive
AMD Radeon HD 7660D Graphics Card

All the computer specs seem to exceed TS3's requirements, but I want to make sure I'm comparing correctly before I buy anything. I have World Adventures, Ambitions, and Late Night, plus I also have Seasons. I was unable to play Seasons on this computer, so I'd like to be able to play it on the next one. I don't need absolute maximum graphics for everything, I'm perfectly happy with medium-high settings, as long as the game plays pretty smoothly. I currently only get around 10-20 fps with the first 3 EPs installed. I also have a small amount of CC.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! : D

Laptop versions of these chipsets may work, but may run comparatively slower. Standalone cards that are installed in vanilla PCI slots (not PCIe or PCIx or AGP), such as some GeForce FX variants, will perform poorly.
Integrated chipsets such as the ATI Xpress and the NVIDIA TurboCache variants may default to settings that are higher than what would be optimal for them. Graphics settings can be lowered to improve performance.
The NVIDIA GeForce FX series is unsupported under Vista.
