Default Sims 4 'Supernatural population control'
Is there a mod that does this exactly how sims 3 did? I want to play a vampire household, I just don't want random vampire npcs popping up after I delete all the others. Basically, my household will be vamps, and nobody else, not even the 'homeless' npcs the game automagically generates, will be vamps.

But if I turn someone outside of my house/neighborhood, I don't want them to vanish. Basically what Sims 3 did.
